How would you describe your journey? Brief us on the inception story of your career.
I have been in the media industry since 2005. Reading political and economic news prime time on federal channels and commercial radio stations in Moscow.
I started my business in Dubai at the end of 2013. By this time, my life was more than complete. I had a prestigious position at the RBC TV channel in Moscow. With an audience of 102 million people in 43 countries.
Dubai opened me a new door in my media career. Inspired me to start a media company and create a platform to promote influencial UAE’s businesses and regional brands through my vast social media reach and to create content that significantly strengthens UAE-Russian-speaking countries business ties.
Enlighten us about your role in the organisation you are leading / associated with?
I am the “captain” of my business MME Media company https://mme.media/. Media management is quite an interesting profession. Since 2017 I additionally started my author project “Magnificent Middle East with Tatiana Vishnevskaya”. It’s about economic and lifestyle achievements in the modern Arab world. The heroes of my programs are Ultra and HNWIs with successful businesses. Since 2022 I started franchising my business over 22 Arabic countries and Asia https://mme.media/mme-franchise.
Where do you find inspiration? What motivates you to work harder?
In general, I find my inspiration in nature. I like traveling. I am an early riser, as well. Mornings give incredible creative energy.
Another thing, I do believe, if there is a hand of God in your business, you will succeed. Plus, I am always thinking about how to bring more value to people. I respect my clients as each of one are owners of big businesses in generations. For me relationships are very important. l always follow up with my circle. Give added value. When my clients feel happy this is the best reward for me.

Was invited as first Russian-speaking VIP media personality to Dubai International Film Festival in 2016 to highlight and represent the activity of Festival with all of the international and Arab film professionals, Oscars, Golden Globes and BAFTAs winners.
I have been playing on the Forex market. By the way, my the first real estate item I’ve got from this business.
2022 started franchising my business over 22 Arabic countries and Asia.
What is the one thing you wish you had known about women in your line of work before you started working?
When I have been working on TV in the news, I definitely payed attention at my female colleagues more than at male. As women are more dedicated to what they do and how they look.
When I found myself in business, I payed more attention to man. As they are more logical and always focused on the final result. And no unnecessary emotions.
Do you believe it is compulsory for a woman to manage a household alongside her work?
It’s in the nature of a woman to look after the household. And a normal woman will always do some minor house work. From my point of view, it’s a respectful attitude to your home where you life and to your family. Personally, I can’t sit calm on the sofa and watch Netflix when the flowers are not watered, for example. But, I do have assistants, drivers that help in our house hold.
Look how successful Oprah Winfrey is with her TV shows and how well she cooks, surrounded with her family members. And that’s very appealing to her followers as well.
But, defiantly if you have a big house, children, pets you need super extra help and another team who will manage the household.
As a woman, what has been the highlight of you career? What are the changes you wish to make for the better in your professional life post-pandemic?
The greatest highlight of my career is yet to come. My big achievement is being prepared “brick by brick”. As I started franchising my business. I am building something useful for the users on my media platform “Magnificent Middle East”.
The most difficult thing that I have done during any period of my career is strengthen my belief that I am on the right path. As this belief I had to transmit to my team and clients. Best way for me, is to get more busy and escape inner conversions. And share the results when they are ready.
Brief us on the changes the pandemic brought to your sector and your market. Has the work-culture altered?
It influenced the outdoor advertising, printing of magazines, filming videos, but boosted digital and online businesses.
We grew in pandemic. I persuaded most of my clients to double their advertising budgets on digital all over the world. I encouraged them to do it. And they were grateful to me, as they had benefited from it. As history shows, great companies happen in hard times.
What words of wisdom/ inspiration/ advice would you offer to the next generation of female leaders?
I live in the Middle East. I stand will all the women and their freedom of choice, family, education and career. I would advice not to fight for this freedom with their sake of their lives. Let it come naturally. As the river flows. That is my main message. We as women can’t conquer the world. We need to serve the people and make anything in this world with love. And to follow our dreams. I wish all young female entrepreneurs to build their careers around what they love. Than wealth and legacy will follow them. It’s a big success to be recognized as professional in your segment on the market.
